This Tuesday, members of the Potters Grange team had the pleasure of attending the Gold Standard Framework Awards, celebrating our accreditation and recognising the dedication and hard work behind this achievement.
The Gold Standard Framework (GSF) is about demonstrating excellence in End of Life Care, ensuring care is person-led and centred around each individual’s wishes, while making their journey as peaceful, comfortable and natural as possible.
For us, it also means taking a holistic approach, supporting not only the individual but their wider family throughout this important and often difficult time.
We are incredibly proud of the whole team for achieving an outstanding 75 out of 77, reflecting their continued commitment to delivering compassionate, high-quality care.
The team were also delighted to take home a Gold Standard Framework plaque, a wonderful recognition of their hard work and achievement.
