Potters Grange has successfully completed its assessment and received the Quality Hallmark Award, recognising our excellent approach to embedding the Gold Standards Framework throughout our home.
Our assessors described us as “an excellent organisation” and highlighted our personalised end of life care, confident advance care planning, strong teamwork, family support and close partnership working with healthcare professionals.
They also recognised that, despite this being our first GSF accreditation, we already demonstrate a highly experienced approach to palliative and end of life care.
A special thank you to General Manager Evan Arceo and GSF Champion Lovelle Buerano for their dedication in helping us achieve this fantastic milestone.
